About Tara Gavardinas:
Tara Gavardinas incorporates mindfulness-based care and emphasizes a non-judgmental, patient-centered attitude while treating clients. Clients commonly report a relaxed and comfortable environment in which they receive care. Additionally, Tara strives to offer her clients several treatment choices while including holistic treatment recommendations. Where appropriate, and only if necessary, she will refer clients to intensive outpatient treatment, in-patient psychiatric hospitalization, follow-up with a family doctor or medical specialist, or even counseling.

Other professional activities:
Tara has and continues to serve as a clinical preceptor for graduate nursing students and physician assistant students.
